Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your House of W order. Because many of our products are made to order and/or personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

For non-personalized items, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for approved returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by House of W. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error by House of W.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please double-check all personalization details, including initials, names, colors, and other selections, before submitting your order. House of W is not responsible for errors in personalization information provided by the customer.

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for you, they are final sale once production has begun, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly by us.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
